Hello, I’m Tom Perkins, the founder of Evolve. I provide website design and SEO services — although if you Google “website design and SEO services”, it’s literally all over the internet.

Here’s a potted history

My background is in design, so your website will be visually stunning
I’ve been a website designer since 2003 and in 2012, I launched Evolve (and married my wife Faye)
At first, I charged by the hour… as most web designers do
That isn’t great for you. There’s no ongoing support or service
I came up with Evolve’s fixed monthly fee model, with long-term support and service built in

I live and breathe by the values of honesty, transparency, support and service. With websites, it doesn’t seem fair to pay a large chunk of money, then get left with no service or support when you need help.

SEO services (in plain English)

When you hear the acronym SEO — search engine optimisation — what’s the first thing that springs to mind? I’m guessing it’s something like this:

You’re going to charge me a fortune for little result
I won’t understand a word you’re saying

If you’re worried, I don’t blame you. When Evolve began offering SEO services, the subject had already earned a `smoke and mirrors’ reputation. That’s why I go out of my way to explain it in plain English.
