Background

Videofrog launched in 2013 as the specialist video production division of Whitwam Group. They make corporate videos that aren’t corporate — films that convey the voice and character of a brand, rather than stiff, forgettable content. Operating from Winchester, they serve national and international clients with everything from product demos to customer case studies. They also run a professional soundproofed studio available for hire. Their team takes a fresh, can-do approach, and they’re known for turning projects around quickly when needed.

Challenge

Videofrog needed a website that would reflect the quality of their work and their friendly, creative approach. They wanted a site that would showcase their portfolio, communicate their personality, and — crucially — help them appear in searches when businesses in their area were looking for video production services. The site needed to work beautifully on all devices and make it easy for potential clients to understand what Videofrog offers and get in touch.

Solution

I designed and built a new WordPress site that brings their work to the front and makes it easy for visitors to explore their services on any device. I structured the content with search engines in mind from the start, so the site would stand a strong chance of ranking well. In recent years, I’ve provided dedicated SEO support. The results speak for themselves: their keyword rankings are up 1,265%, with 270 on page one and 168 in the top three positions — a 1,527% gain.
